How did this madness even start? 
​

After making sausage for some of the best restaurants in Chicago, it dawned on us that we had a unique thing going on here. Not anywhere had we tasted or seen these flavor profiles. So the old lady said let's make a go of it and feed people some wurst. Who am I to argue with my partner in crime? It hasn't been easy but it has been rewarding. We hope to hit some farmer's markets or street fest's over the summer to widen our reach and get you hooked. There are many old school products out there that are tried and true. We let them be the shining staples they are. We are throwing down amazing full-flavored pork sausages that will blow your socks off or sandals if it ever gets warm around here.
